I got a black metal frame, looks good and works just fine!

I also have a black metal frame with the plastic window. I got mine from AutoZone for $7.99 each. Then on top of that, I bought the security bolts to keep scumbags from ripping off the stickers (When the stickers were on the bottom of IL plates) along with scoring them into several pieces.
