what are some interior/exterior accessories you can do without?

My bad :o.

Trying to post and work at the same time obviously doesn't mix in my case.

No need for Nav or keyless ignition. Cool but not worth any added investment(s)

No need for Nav or keyless ignition, wood or carbon fiber interior(my sports cars) and air conditioned seats. Cool but not worth any added investment(s) or added weight (sports cars).

Interior: Airbag warning stickers (gone!) and targa roof (prefer fixed roof)

Exterior: Little GM fender emblems (also gone), and daytime running lights.

Accumulator you think most factory headlights are aimed incorrectly? Thats something Ive never heard before...

All our current vehicles have too-low factory settings, even the Audis; you're outrunning the headlights at mighty slow speeds. And getting the self-leveling/auto-aiming headlights just right in the A8/S8 is a royal PIA. Not much margin between just-right and blinding oncoming traffic/having white-out trouble in heavy snow.

Wouldn't surprise me if the Euro-specs are different in this regard...no way you could drive those cars on the Autobahn at the US settings. My Porsches weren't as bad, and the Bimmers and Benzes always needed retrofitted with Euro lights anyhow, so I can't generalize *too* much about the other Euro brands.

Of course I'm *assuming* the vehicles get the right settings at the dealership, that's probably risky in many cases ;) But every time I've had 'em checked they've said they were "at spec"....I just shake my head and get out the torx drivers

Well, it does say accessories in the title, so...

Interior: Factory "all weather" floor mats (I'll take my WT's anyday), ashtrays that fit into cup holders :td:

Exterior: Rock/bug shields, sunroof visors, chrome/satin fuel doors, long factory mudflaps (ie 05+ Tacoma)

Interior

- Sheepskin Seat Covers

- LEDs where they aren't supposed to be or tackily done

- Some Halogen Bulbs that are supposed to be like HID

Exterior

- "Altezza" taillights

- Exhausts larger than my fist

- Spoilers on cars that really don't need them

Interior:

Factory audio system. Since I do In Car Entertainment myself, I don't need to pay for a factory system that's 4 times the price of a audio system that I build myself.

Powered seats, The last 4 vehicles I bought, I pushed the seats all the way back and left them that way since the day I took delivery of them.

Tinted windows, I can tint my own windows for a lot less.

Factory rims, Save $$, Prefer to get after market rims.

Navigation system

Exterior:

Plastic cladding/body panels, splash guards, and roof racks.
