What a filthy mess!!!!!

About a week ago I get ready to run to the gas station to pick up a few odds n' ends only to discover that the car won't start.:mad:



Not a problem, I'll just run to the auto store (Hire's) and pick up a battery. Problem is, is the battery is under the back seat! So I take the back seat out, so the auto store can get to it. I take the seat out and almost flipped.:eek:



You would not believe the kind of crap that has settled under the seat, especially when you haul 2 kids around all the time, it was nasty...so...of course, in true Autopian style, I whipped out the vac and cleaner and went to work under the seat...cause I'll be damned if I'm gonna take my car to someone and have them see it that dirty.



I didn't take any pics, just thought I would share the story. No matter how much we vacuum and polish and clean the car...the dirt still finds a place to go. But someday, somehow we (Autopians) always find it, and clean it.:xyxthumbs
 
It just amazes me where dirt can hide at.



I found myself wiping down the area behind where the stereo (CD player) goes today as I was getting ready to reinstall the factory stereo.



Wife was standing next to me asking me why I was wiping down an area that nobody will ever see. I really had no answer.:nixweiss

Ah, but your wife is incorrect, as you did see it. Why else would you clean it? :D
 
The "treasure that lies in wait" is why I DON'T move my furniture around when I vacuum! :lol

Problem is, I don't think she knows why there is a cord coming out of the "loud noise maker" (vacuum)...I'm usually giving the house the same Autopian treatment as I give my car.
