WG on Black

WG

No time yesterday before the dust storm to finish tires, trim etc. Please forgive the half detail. WG is the comparison with last weeks EX-P. Right now...despite a few minor negatives...I like EX-P by a nose.

No. I didn't use WG cleaner. The IP+FP left the surface so squeeky clean I even chickened out testing to see if I could use VM before the WG sealant. I like VM+EX-P very much and cannot detail without VM. If WG can top VM then it would all be in durability...and if that's the same... which one can top #7 or HAND POLISH!

WG smells almost as good as EX-P, but so what. WG does go on easier than EX-P but both remove equally easy. WG didn't dust at all, EX-P did a little. I hope WG doesn't dust scratch easy as I'm about to QD so I can top the WG before dark with #16. For now here are the pics.

Hard to compare black and white, I know.

Both look really good. I definitely agree on the VM/EX-P combo on white, I used it on a white Dodge Ram the other day and even the owner's kids (6, 9, 12) thought it looked amazing. On the other hand, I really like WG too and pretty much have the same on/off experiences as you. WG is easier to apply and no dusting at all while EX-P is a thicker product, a touch harder to spread thin, dusts slightly....but both wipe off with absolutely no effort...almost like dusting!

WG and EX-P both look great on black, WG is somewhat deeper (as in carnauba looking) while EX-P is noticably clearer.

Agree with all you said, Scott. Got the VM/EX-P from you and topped it with #16.

Too late to #16 the WG "in the falling darkness" so I grabbed the S-100. :nixweiss

Whatever S-100 I missed tonight won't be "welded on" #16 tomorrow.:D
