GOT PREP?
Most of these cars were done for the DUB show a few weeks back. It was my biggest two weeks ever, but I didn’t have time to take pics of every carI tried to get the highlights. :D

First up was a Malibu that was painted by a local body shop. They sanded it (unfortunately) and I buffed it out/detailed it. There were horrible sanding marks, finger marks, DA pig tails, etc. I did what I could…

This Ford GT was a real challenge. The paint was in very good condition, but detailing the engine was a nightmare—my hands are still healing. :D

After the detail, we installed paint protection film.

This Charger was quite an ordeal. I received the car at 7p on Friday evening (fresh from the booth) and it had to leave my shop by noon on Saturday. Did I mention that I also had to do 7 wash and waxes by noon on Saturday? Yeah, I buffed all night and basically slept at the shop. Don’t worryI charged “emergency fees. :D

The car is crazy, supercharged, full custom interior, etc.

The was after about 14 hours of work.

The interior was filthy, the glass had to be polished, and there was compound in *every* crack and crevice.

She swept her category as well. :D

That collection is crazy!!!! They look incredible!!!!!!! The girl's ok too. LOL. How is the Alpha Grit to work with? Joe :woot2: :bow

Great work! :2thumbs: :bow :bow :bow

You must have been :buffing: all evening Friday!

Some of those vehicles are very interesting.

Any more pics of everything?

Amazing work! I don't those DUNKS or whatever they call those hoopties. I can't see dumping all that money into a POS car and then spend 10K in wheels and body work to make them fit.

To each his own I guess.

Everything came out great!

They all look outstanding!

As a side note; the Ford GT is actually a Heritage Edition. I've drooled over one for many hours...

I agree they look so stupid IMO and everyone I see they throw some 30" wheels on them but never bother to upgrade the brakes. He was still running drums in the Malibu.
