Thank you Kaval :)

In my country, the tropical weather is pretty hot and I've been advised to work a smaller area and lower speeds to prevent the panel from getting too hot. I've tried it at 1200 rpms, but the polish was drying to fast before they could even break down. A garage would be ideal, or cool weather like you guys there, hehe. thanks:waxing:

Ken,

Try work in shade..but I admire your determination. I always think 83 at 600 rpm wont corect anything. I think you gonna spend hours and hours for polishing at that speed. The heat needed to make the diminishing abrasives work just need high rpm I thought.

Or else get yourself Optimum polish, mix some to your 83 when appling to your buffer pad. It reduces the dust and make the 83 wont dry so fast. Then you can speed up.

 This time dont charge too low for wet sand job...:hifive:

Ken that was some beautiful work all around. Always enjoy reading your writeups and excellent photos. I was curious also how you removed the scratche on the A pillar. Keep up the great work!

Thanks Juyang, Yup I do work in the shade, although not in direct sunlight the surrounding temperature may effect the polish? Not sure 'bout that...

Mixing Optimum Polish with 83? wow okay I'll give that a shot if I do get the Opt Polish. Thank You!

Just wondering how you got the marks off the pillar. They look pretty bad and its a small area.

Thanks Ben Kenobi, I put a few tiny drops of #83 and smeared it around that area to prevent splatter with the rotary and buffed. I think it took about 2-3 hits to completely remove them.

very nice.... how long did it take and how much did you make??

I took about...12 hours for the exterior and 2 hours for the interior.

Didn't make any, it was a free birthday gift for a good pal of mine. :)
