Aloha guys!

What type of durability are you getting with AJT? I have two bottles that I ordered for use on my 07 Tundra (silver sky). I love the look AJT gives. I am not using it with Prime though.

I had clayed, SIP, 106, DWG and UPGP. Been using AJT inbetween details or reapplication of DWG and UPGP.

Will AJT work okay without Prime?

What kind of durability will AJT give?

Yes AJT works without Prime. I have the original AJ and I dont like it because its a PITA to get off the car. I would like to try AJT but Im not spending the money on it. Prime Strong is an amazing product.

Durability is at least 4 months.

I get around 3mos. out of AJT.

I tend to use it over Prime; but you don't have to. A clean surface is best to ensure full durability.

I used to have this problem also but I learned from Scottwax how to fix the problem. Basically, just keep working the product onto the paint and keep spreading it. IF you can see AJ or if it has any "high points" as Scottwax calls them, you need to keep spreading or it will be rough to get off. Very similar to Klasse Sealant Glaze I guess.

Another fix is to use PolyCharger H2O. Polycharged AJ comes off easy regardless to whether you have "high points" or not and it gives you about 50% more durability.
