Well this isn't 'bout detailing and I'll probaly get in trouble but...

paco, I am sitting around the other side of the world, so cannot really speak from experience or knowledge but I reckon the authorities just cannot get in there safely or with enough resources. I heard on the radio report here this morning that a rescue Helicopter had to retreat due to coming under attack from gun fire. This is crazy stuff. Usually these types of catastrophic events brings out the best in humanity, but not so in this case as individuals are literally fighting for their own survival.



Those affected have my deapest symphaties.

Anyway, what I do not understand is the slow response by the US Government and Army. Having all of those people trapped in the dome is absolutely embarrasing for the worlds most powerful country. That should have been resolved in a matter of a day considering the strength of the US Army....



To think of the conditions those people are in ...



With 80% of the city underwater, I imagine the logistics of moving heavy vehicles and large numbers of troops in isn't very easy.
