You kidding, right Bob? If it's true, I swear I would be beyond mad, I'll be beyond pi$$ed off. That is incredible! Can't trust anybody anymore!

Money talks I guess. I guess the guy couldn't wait an extra 24 hours to get his money so they sold it to the next guy that came. No big loss. I have time. LOL And I WAS pissed and laughing at the same time.

Yeah, I just told Jose that I was not telling anyone the next time until it was in my garage! LMAO

Sorry Bob, I know how you feel. I have been watching the market for a few weeks now for a good CBR1100XX and have missed more than a few great deals because I don't quite have enough saved to swing it. I am parting out my VFR as it is worth far more in pieces than it is together. I figure at the rate it is going it will be Xmas before I have enough :(

Well, this was the best kept secret since Jimmy Hoffa.

I found this bike online and decided not to jinx myself and tell anyone, except for those that needed to know...my wife and my brother inlaw. The bike was located about an hour away just off of I-75. This was perfect because we would be going right past there on our way to Michigan's Upper Pennisula for our fishing trip. My brother inlaw and myself where in my truck towing his boat and my dad and uncle where driving seperate so they did not know. We stopped and picked it up on the way and met my dad and uncle for breakfast about 3 hours from home. We ate and when we left and got into the lot I said "What is that in the bed of my truck?" My dad said..."Looks like you got your bike." He was joking. He thought it was in the bed of a truck parted next to me. We walked up to the truck and they were surprised for sure. LOL

Here it is. 2000 Ninja 250

Thanks!

We don't take our safety class until the end of August so I have some time to work on the bike a bit. I need to change the oil for sure. I am going to replace the spark plugs and get new tires and a bunch of other little things just to do like adding a better inline fuel filter and different brake lights.

Cool! Congrats on the bike. Looks clean, did you detail it for the photo?

Thanks!

No, it is filthy. That was after about 700 miles of driving in the back of my truck and after sitting out for a week of rain. I am going to start slowly cleaning it up though.
