Just thought I'd share my experiences, and hope people learn from them...
I sought after Camilo and his company after Jason (MCWD) recommended him and his products in another thread titled "a must have!!" or something along the lines of that. I was very intrigued, and contacted Camilo as soon as my logo was made, and my business card design made as well. So on 9/18 I finally submitted my design, and paid for the printing/shipping, etc. At first I was VERY happy with the business he was running, and what a super nice guy who helped me out a lot.
But then on 9/21 is when things changed. I had contacted him and he said that everything should be printed and ready to ship out within a week. A little long, but I guess I could understand. So I called him after a week, no response. I emailed him, no response. Finally about a week ago (almost 3 weeks into the process) he finally emails me back saying that he's sorry for the miscommunication and that he would ship out everything 2nd day via fedex. I was heated to say the least. I heard NOTHING from Camilo for almost 3 weeks, and he thinks that apologizing without much of an explanation and then shipping everything out 2nd day air makes it better? No it doesn't. I'm an easy going guy, and if the quality shows, then I can understand. So I told him, it doesn't take much for me to be patient, just SIMPLE commuication which he failed miserably at. And not answering my phone calls or emails? Another failure, to say the least.
Now, finally exactly 3 weeks to the day (also 5 days later than what was said), I get a tracking number, after calling 3 times with no answer, and after emailing once with no answer. But is it 2nd day air like he said? No, it's ground, which will take a week to get here.
Constant lies, and then being pushed aside because my business to him, obviously isn't important enough, so I'll make it clear. STAY FAR AWAY from webprinting.org. The communication is horrible, the customer service is BY FAR the worst I've delt with in years, and the shipping is ridiculous. Had I known it was going to take A MONTH to get my cards (exactly a month to the day that I'll get them actually), then I would have taken my business else where.
Just thought I'd share my horrible experience with Camilo, and webprinting.org.
