Haven't had a chance to post this yet. Wanted to share with you what a great Thanksgiving I had. For all of you waxheads out there perhaps you can relate to this story. With the weather being so good, I thought I'd wash and wax my new Honda. The great thing about it, my dad helped me. It was like reliving old times. I had flashbacks to about 30 years ago with my dad waxing his car and me, my bike (didn't have a car then...too young). I learned how to take care of my car by watching my dad take meticulous care of his. (He even let me help once...only once as I tried waxing the tires...ooops). As we waxed, we talked about different products. I'm slowing trying to wean him off of KIT. Actually talked him into trying Meguire's #26. He liked it! Throughout the course of our conversation I told him about this website and all of your great insights into detailing cars. Knowing him he's going to be visiting this site many times over. And dad, if you read this, the new Blackfire would make a great Christmas present (hint, hint, hint). Just wanted to share with you all that detailing cars can help bond father and son!
