Paint cure. This depends on many things. Most paints today are high solid, low solvent or water base. It depends on the shop. It depends on if one or two panels or the whole car was painted as it is easier to heat cure a panel or two. The heat outside also depends. And the type of paint used.
Ask the shop if it was heat cured. The shop across the street from me, say you can wax after a few days of a panel paint as they heat cure. This in no way is the same for everyone.
Myself i would wait to seal, for a month, if heat cured and you live in cold temps. You could always use a new paint approved glaze, like 3m hand glaze. If you need to polish , just use something very mild and new paint approved, as the paint is soft and you might find it hard to polish, without leaving micro-marring.
