Wax applicators toweling

Does anybody know who manufactures the foam pads with a towelling over cover. These pads will have to come direct from China I guess but any advise will help me locate the source. I will require approx 50,000 pieces.

I am not sure of Asian company who manufactures the pads, but below are a few companies who sell them and possibly offer private labeling.
