Wax After QDing

I washed my truck today, but did not get a chance to wax it, and since i dont have a garage i was wondering if i could just use the Meguiars Quick Detailer, then follow with the NXT Wax. Or will there be a problem with the Wax working because of the QD?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Fellas.
