Water Spots on Ceramic Coating, what to do?

I have a 1.5 year old ceramic coating which has accumulated water spots despite thorough drying. Is there any way to remove them without taking the ceramic with it? I was hoping to hold off re-coating for another year. Using Armor Shield.

Thanks!

If it`s a good ceramic coating it should have some acid resistance, so you should be able to use something mild like diluted white vinegar and see if that works. I`m not familiar with your product so I can`t predict what`s going to happen, I would try a test spot. You`ll want to let the vinegar dwell for a few minutes, I would suggest a wet paper towel.

As suggested try vinegar. TW ICE spray wax is an excellent water spot remover too. I have a situation at our vacation house that makes it near impossible to not get water spots at times and it just wipes the water spots off.

If neither of those works, a good all in one should remove them. If the AIO happens to strip the coating, it was a crappy coating anyway.

White vinegar mixed 50/50 with distilled water might work. Waterspots are really a problem with coatings, its gross IME. I`m back to sealants. Much easier to manage and easier to start over.
