My hood has two vents/louvers. The previous owner of the car used to take it through the car wash - water would flood down and burn on the hot engine, which resulted with marks below (sorry for the poor picture - the hoses should be black and the engine should be a medium gray color - the red thing is the oil dip stick, haha, cell phone camera only atm).
I have tried scrubbing and vinegar solution, no luck. Any idea how to fix this, if possible?
