The Fit looks as excellent as you'd expect given new paint and great product selection and application but the glow on the '85 Civic... :bow

Love the shot of the civic. You should have seen my '85 accord....complete opposite. Very very impressed with the condition you've kept that car in. The fit is lucky to have you as an owner!
We had washed the car on Wednesday p.m. (actually @ 1 a.m. Thursday) using the foam gun & PB’s SS’nS.
Wow, your neighbors must love you! The car looks great. That color is fantastic. Hope he has fun with the new car!
Thanks, so far there haven't been any complaints . . . in this heat, it's not like they're sleeping with their windows open :chuckle:

And yes, he's still loving the new car!! :woohoo:

The Fit looks great! I couldn't imagine detailing in 90+ degree weather.

I am curious how the PC on speed 2 was able to break down the Blackfire?

Thanks!

Oops, sorry I didn't specify that it was the BlackFire Gloss Enhancing Polish that we used. Since we had not allowed the dealer to touch the paint & there were no swirls or marring to be addressed, I felt we only needed the chemical cleaning properties that the GEP offered. While I had been advised that it could be applied by hand, I opted to use the PC for a more even spread and to give my son some experience, breaking down the GEP was not a concern.
