Want to learn from a PRO?

I called both hotels and the Staten Island Hotel is cheaper and they charge $154 + tax for a single room and I am waiting to hear back from them about group rates.



EDIT: After doing a little searching on the web you can book individual rooms, single person, for $124/night + tax with AAA.
 
I'm going to try to reschedule my 2 details for that weekend. I really wanna attend.





NYD: Anyway I can be the culprit for PDR? I have an oh-so ugly ding on my door. It takes away from the entire passenger side.
 
NY detailer - Do you think we can get a confirmation of the exact date and location that this will be held so I can go ahead and make a reservation.



I have not heard back from the hotels about group rates but I will try again monday when the sales desk is open.

I'm waiting to hear back from the Staten Island Hotel about group reservations but I wouldn't hold my breath so it looks like $124 per night plus tax through travelocity, expedia, or whatever you favorite online booking website.

I got a little more info on the hotel and The Staten Island Hotel is going to be $124 even for a group of 5 rooms. Since there isn't a price difference then it would probably be easier to book your rooms individually. I will call again on monday to see if I can work my magic but I doubt it will work.
 
Guys, I have been away from here for a while. I am getting married next weekend and will be away until May 1st. Too bad cause I wanted to make this event. :(
 
OK, put my name on the list. I'm available on any weekend, I don't care. I'm going to pack my bags with my AIO, SG, SSR2.5 and SSR1, and my brand spanking new PC and travel two boroughs to SI.

I can't believe I missed this thread .



I would definately go, my only uncertainty is wheter or not it is a drill weekend for the mrs. (stupid military) if it is I'm Mr.mom if not I will be there.

LI people we should have a caravan down to the location. We should set a meeting point?? Post here if anyone thinks this is a good idea and where we should meet.
 
Does anyone want to share a room. i'm sure they have two beds and it's save a little money.(or I can just bring my sleeping bag and we can pile more in a room.) Just a thought..





And can we have a start time I'm working till 8am that morning so i might be late
