Vroom Glass Cleaner

I had contemplated buying the Vroom Glass Cleaner from Target for quite some time. I'm quite a fan of Stoner's Invisible Glass, but I finally decided to give the Vroom a shot.

Wow, is this stuff awesome! It's the easiest to use glass cleaner I've ever tried! Using a micro-fiber towel, I was able to get my windows and windshield the cleanest and most streak-free they've ever been. Cleaning the glass was quick and almost effortless. I think Stoner's makes the glass look shinier, but the Vroom makes it look cleaner IMO.

Anybody else ever used it? I hope they don't ever discontinue it!!

 :xyxthumbs :getdown

I've been quite pleased with the Vroom products I've tried.

I've used the Interior Protectant which leaves a nice low gloss shine on my dash.

I've tried the Sheepshin wash mitt and the Ultra Chenille wash mitt also. I really liked the Sheepskin mitt! The Chenille mitt was ok, but it seemed to not absorb suds very well.

I want to try some of the Vroom microfiber towels and the tire shine also.

I am extremely impressed with DP's new Clarity. Nick has hit a homerun with this product.

Sorry for the late reply!

I just love the look Vroom gives my dashboard. It's just right IMO. It's not too shiny and not too dull. It's more of a low-gloss look if you will.

I usually apply with a terry cloth applicator. The directions say spread a good amount on the pad and wipe. The product spreads out real nice and it's not greasy or oily. I usually apply about once a month or so.

I'm not sure how many times exactly I've used the Vroom protectant because I've used it on more than one vehicle. However, I would say the bottle has lasted six months or more.

The Vroom line is pretty darn good if you ask me. My favorite product that I have tried from the line has been their APC. :bigups

The next thing I try from Vroom will be the tire protectant or some of their microfiber towels! I might try that APC if I take a notion though!

IIRC Vroom is made by the same company that makes the Method line (also at Target). Has anyone compared the 2 glass cleaners? (I know that the Method GC has a scent added-mint I think.)

I was wondering this exact same thing when I was at Target earlier. I also noticed they have nice looking leather wipes under the Method name. I did note that the glass cleaner was ammonia free.

as far as the vroom mf's go, they are made from the same company who makes the microtex mf's. i've noticed some of the big blue mf drying towels (look at the tag, it says microtex) in replace of the yellow ones at target, but are in the vroom packaging... :nixweiss

I bought some for 99 cents, but to be honest I was not impressed with the glass cleaner, others have been much better IMO :nixweiss

I agree. There are better glass cleaners out there. It works especially poorly on glass that has been treated with RainX and can't seem to cope at all with hard water spots.
