AWFUL weather over the past week and for the next week, but managed to work this one in.
NXT Wash
CM clay
NXT Wash
Menzerna Powergloss w/ rotary and cutting pad
PG w/ rotary and polishing pad
FP II w/ PC and polishing pad
S100 SEC (thanks, Mosca!)
#16
Windows: Rotary with LC cutting pad and AG Glass Polish
Hubcaps removed and scrubbed, first with a wheel brush and A2Z, then with a toothbrush and A2Z. Wheels and tires with A2Z, tires dressed with TOL Grape.
Minimal interior work--vacuum, clean mats, windows, etc...
Front Angle Before/After:
Rear Angle Before/After:
Trunk Close-Up Before/After (I forgot my halogens, sorry):
Items of note:
*After using the PG with the polishing pad, it was a true debate whether or not to use the FP II. The PG does a very good job of breaking down with the rotary.
*I'm finding the TOL Grape dressing is extremely variable depending on the tire. This brick was wearing Michelin X-Ones and the look was a *perfect* satin glow. I previously used the dressing on some Michelin Hydro Edges and the look was far too glossy. Go figure.
*Special thanks to Mosca for the SEC and to Spilchy for the Saran Wrap tip (to avoid sling clean-up).
