Volume product suggestions....

I would like some input on products you all have used/use for volume.

Techniques are welcome as well.



Wash (conventional)

Wash (rinseless)



Tire Dressing



Wheel Cleaner



Spray Wax
 
If I were you JUstin I would look into something on the lines of Ardex or Automagic. Both Companies specilaize in bilk chemicals at reasonable prices. I'm not to familer with automagic anymore, but if I was in your situation I would go with Ardex from personal experiance. I have lots of experiance in high volume work. If you need help with this kinda of stuff let me know. I would gladly talk to you on the phone about it. Also Forum member David Fermani knows a lot about high volume as well. If I can't help shoot him a pm. David is a great guy and will always help anyway he can as well. Good luck with your adventures in the high volume area. You will shortly learn its a lot easier and you will a lot more money. Much respect to ya.

Also investigate "Pro", Meguiar's professional line, and Carbrite.

You may find pricing and quality to be similar - many times it boils down to the personality (and availability) of the route driver.

Thanks guys. I've used some Malco products in the past and loved them. I use the Meg's Detailer Line now also.



I'm really looking at Stoner's though. Free shipping and 5 gallons of their tire shine is 60.00. I'm also interested in their spray aerosol waxes....Speed Bead and Bead Max.



Any here tried them?

Buying products in 55 gallon drums is the smartest way of doing it. Out of all the big bulk companies that are on the road(CARBRITE/ARDEX/AUTO MAGIC/PRO/VALVOLINE/MALCO) I've always found Auto Magic's prices, quality & service to be far better than others. Negotiate with the drivers if you can!! You'd be amazed how much overhead is in these products.
 
Meguiars has some good conventional washes in bulk, Duragloss #901 is really good too and 1 ounce per wash means only 1 ounce. ONR is the best rinseless wash I've used.



Hyper dressing cut 3:1 would be an economical tire/fenderwell dressing.



Optimum Power Clean for wheels and other stubborn areas at 3:1 works well.



OCW for a spray wax. Easier to use than Stoner's Speed Bead.

I'm really looking for a good spray wax and tire dressing that can be put on while the surfaces are wet.
 
getting into bulk detailing Justin? I have used speed bead before when i literally first started out like 4-5 years ago. It worked not bad, very easy on and easy off but i can't remember how long the protection lasted as i was a newbie back then.



I'm sure their are way better products out now with better durability as well.



What is making you switch over to do bulk work?

I find that Stoner's Speed Bead/Bead Max to be hidden gems in detailing. Spead Bead by itself is a very good AIO and has suprisingly long durability. Bead Max enhances the durability. Packages with other Stoner products or in bulk, they are a great bargain (IMO)
 
wow. that's how it is over here in Hawaii. Justin just gave me new hope just as i thought i was losing it.



congrats to him for adapting though.

I can usually apply OS to a car in 4-5 minutes, plus 1 bottle will be good for 60-80 vehicles.
