This was my first real detail with my PC, also it was the first time I used a claybar. First of all, I really understand how prep is everything in a good detail. The claybar got things out that I was never able to get out by ordinary washing. I spent the most time claying my car, but it made the subsequent process of polishing and applying sealant much easier. Also, for those who are hesitant to use a PC, fearing it might ruin your paint...there is no need to worry. It made polishing soooo easy and effective. Enough talk, heres the process and pics:
NXT Wash
Claymagic Clay
Vanilla Moose with a green propel polishing pad ( at speeds 3 and 5 with about 2-3 passes)
Sealed it with Wolgang Sealant
I treated the tires after the pics.
After VM (so easy to use in direct sun, took out lots of spiderwebs/minor swirls)
More VM ( I love this stuff)
After the wolfgang (easy to use, but I think eiter I applied to much or the surface was too hot, so I got minor streaking)
Excuse the bad orange peel:
I hope to add a couple more coats of wolfgang, then sourveran.
