Vinyl Cleaner

I'm new to posting on this site but have gotten some great tips here over the past few months. One more would be helpful. What do people use to clean their Vinyl dash boards. My brother has a new BMW X5 and it has kind of a unique vinyl surface (somewhat grainy). Any help would be appreciated.
 
As much as I hate to pay for expensive and hard to find products - I must say that 303 (which was heavily recommended on this forum) does a great job and leaves a nice clean matte finish on the my leather and vinyl.

Hmmmmm...........well I guess I didn't read the question well enough. I actually clean using water and a small amount of zymol car shampoo mixed and apply 303 as a finish.
