if it was fake...still entertaining. if it was real, i would have had the police involved (assuming the guy had a permit for the gun..i thought i heard someone say Texas in the vid?). not only would the hicks have been humiliated, but also arrested. all the proof needed is on the video and the BMW owner did nothing aggressive...simply self defense.

What about em? The BWM owner crossed the line when he took the camera. He STOLE it. What he should have done was called the police.

taking the camera as evidence would probably be a valid excuse. i highly doubt the police would go after you for theft when you were defending yourself from road rage, stalking, entrapment, etc.

Except he admits IN THE VIDEO that it's his present. He took it at gunpoint with the intent to keep it. ARMED ROBBERY

The hicks jumped out of the truck and armed themselves with a bat. The BMW owner arms himself with a gun. BMW owner now has the upper hand. He could have taken the TAPE from the camera and gone to the police with it but he takes the CAMERA AT GUN POINT. This is ARMED ROBBERY and greater than anything that has happened prior by either party. In the end, the hicks are the victims in this case.
