Very happy with Clay Magic

This was my first time claying for me and i have to say the learning curve on this product is absolutely nil. Spray on the supplied QD, rub the clay (you can feel it removing rough spots), maybe add a little more QD and whipe off, move to the next section. when i was done the car was ready to wax. Clearly didn't need any more washing.



They clay is also very tacky and sticks to your hands. Didn't drop one piece over the course of the entire car.



This is definately a good kit to pick up for a first timer, no need to be anxious at all aboujt using it.

Have people found a huge difference among clays? I've been using a Griot's clay bar that I bought a few years ago (and I guess that our cars don't have too much contamination, as they still are in great condition). Just curious.

i've used clay magic many of times, and haven't had any probs. in fact, i just bought another box w/ the clay & lube the other day. can't beat it for around $10...

Got mine at AutoZone. One reason I started using it, you can get it over the counter.

I'm OK with the Clay Magic, too. I like the fact that I can get it OTC. I do like the Sonus green clay when I want to remove minor "junk," and not compromise the LSP that is on the car.

After claying i put some Megs NXT on the car then today finished it off with Collinite 845IW. Wicked combo.
