Vapor steam cleaner

Hi:



I bought a vapor steam cleaner from xxxxxxxxxxx. I really don't understand the difference between steam cleaners and vapor steam cleaners, but the Mega 500VP vacuum vapor steam cleaner appeared to have the features to clean my tile without needing to use towels.



Does anyone have experience with vapor steam cleaners?

A Daimer 500VP? Suh-weet! I'm sure you'll love it.



A lot of people try cheap consumer steamers you find at regular stores and come away wondering what the big deal is with steam. But those cheesy things just sort of ooze steam.



A commercial vapor steam generator can blast out steam and really knock stubborn crud loose.



Your Daimer is a top quality commercial machine but since that particular unit doesn't have continuous refill you'll have to wait and refill occasionally when doing larger jobs. That's probably not a problem for a home user doing routine maintenance cleaning. But to a professional working long hours it can be hassle.



I haven't tried a combo vac/steamer. Please let us know how it works out.

Waiting isn't really that much of an issue. I can always find plenty of things to do while it reheats.

I've heard about the daimer ones, there's so many out there it's hard to make a choice. Amazon has some cheap ones, daimer has some commercial ones, and then there's companies like these guys that sell high-end residential steam cleaners. Anyone got any experience with a wide variety of them?

MarieJones- Check my response to your other thread. Yeah, that steamer/extractor combo looks nice! Hope it works as well for you as my 1500C does for me.



Don't pull it around by the hose, Daimers are sensitive in that regard (gee, guess how I know that ).
