Are you familiar with the Patient First on Cedar Rd? Mom works there. That's the only reference point I can think of...

Oh, there's also Las Gaviatos neghborhood right there too.

Yea! I live in the apartments across the street from the cemetary.

So,when can we hook up for this detailing session??? :xyxthumbs

If you ever happen to go by the Patient First and see a spotless swirl-free red Sebring Conv, that's my Mom's car ;)

First date I put out was the 1st weekend in March. Is this good for anyone? Should be a little warmer out by then.

BTW, this weather today is awesome! I'm gonna get to try my new 2 Sonus products!!!

I'm up in NOVA as well (Falls Church). Mongoose, not to hijack your idea, but there have been several posts by those of us up here. If a weekend getaway to VA Beach isn't in the cards for everyone, perhaps we can schedule a time in this area. Unlike Mr. Dekany, I don't own a rotary (yet), but I did just get a PC, and y'all are welcome to give it a go if you haven't tried one before. Also, Mongoose, my wife and I have been talking about a weekend trip to Norfolk some time in the spring; if it "happened" to be the same weekend as the mini-detail, well...I guess I'd just HAVE to stop in for a bit! ;) So, please keep us all posted as to when you want to schedule it. As of now, the first weekend in March is bad for me (not that I'd be a big loss to you guys) since that is my wife's birthday weekend.

To all the NOVA respondants, if you're interested in trying to get something together, maybe we can find a local body shop or other enclosed garage that will let us hide out for a few hours after the shop is closed (unless someone has a garage they are willing to share). Feel free to PM/E-mail me if you're interested! Mongoose, I'll let you know if we wind up scheduling something up this way.

Happy Holidays everyone!

- Jim

Yup, I think the plan had switched to something in NoVa. Thinksnow volunteered his garage in Williamsburg. Any ideas for different locations if that doesn't work out?

So, 1st weekend in March. How is it?

Williamsburg isn't that close to NOVA! Anyone up this way have a garage to lend?

I'm out for the first weekend in March, but the others may still be game. 2nd weekend would probably be better for me.

Wow, I thought for surely I would have missed this day since I haven't been on here in a while.

We should all just meet up to put some names with faces at the least.

Let me know what you all decide.

I may be able to jump in as well. Once we get a permanent day set and time gets a little closer I will know. Northern Va. would be good for me.

Just a pick me up so I don't lose this thread.

Anyone happend to come across their schedules for the 1st or 2nd weekend in March yet? ;)

Yes,I can get those days or day off.I'll just need to check this thread again to remind myself of the actual time for this event.:bounce

Let me know if you've settled on a date.Looking forward to this.:up

I'll probably be there. I've no idea what I'll be doing in March, though. What area are we looking at now?

Well, I sent a PM to Dan (thinksnow) and he told me he hasn't been able to log on due to school. When I sent the 2nd reply, I asked him if his garage was still up for use. Haven't gottena reply yet. If he hasn't contacted me for a while and we're getting closer to the proposed dates, I'll try to get a hold of him.

You don't have any rotary skills do you?

Yes sir. Possibly Williamsburg.

I was hoping to get a rotary for Christmas, but I was equally happy to get a phone instead. I had planned on trying to teach myself on some old junkyard fenders and things :(
