Using Iron-X in a rinseless wash situation?

Has anyone tried this and how well did it work? If hosing off the car is not an option and only rinseless washing is possible, can Iron-X be used and then rinseless washed off?

Mike P has shown this before. He used a lot of towels. So yes it’s possible.

I haven’t heard of this. What does Mike do, flush the area with an extreme amount of Rinseless solution? I would be afraid I would leave some Iron-X behind and it would dry on my paintwork.

You are going to have to search Mike`s post. He has too many. I recall it was one with a vinyl top.

Note that "possible" doesn`t always equate to "feasible", especially when somebody else has demonstrated the apparent possibility ;)

In this case, I`d first ask myself whether "If Mike Phillips can do it, then so can I!" is something you`d say with confidence when it comes to the specific task in question. For me, sometimes the answer is "yes", other times it`s "no". The second question I`d ask myself is whether the specifics of my task mirror those of what he did (e.g., there are vehicles I might try this on, and there are vehicles where I`d never even consider it).
