Used Megs Endurance Tire Gel today for first time

Good idea, although I have no plans for a road trip of that duration again for some time.

I did apply two coats initially - and - you really do need to buff off the excess very well. I noticed a few places I missed after the first 2300 mile leg of the trip, which had sort of "run" toward the outside of the tire. Looked very similar to dripped candle wax...

I do not like the High Gloss on my Michelins. Seems to build up. Switching to the lower sheen. Wondering where I could get the 303 spray.

Principally found in marine hardware and supply stores that cater to recreational boaters. It is making some inroads into detailing supply stores now. Not very durable on tires. It is a water-base product.
