Used Car Suggestions <=$10,000

Hi, Another vote for the Mazda 3, or Mazda 6 if you can find 1 in your price range. Both are

stylish, dependable, kind of sporty cars, bottom line, GREAT values for the price. VW Jetta

is another good choice, although limited dealership network, at least in the MidWest area.

My niece has a Pontiac Grand Prix, 2002 bought in 2004, has had no problems, another worthy

option. Happy Hunting !!!

There is a plethora of quality used cars at that price point. Obviously, a Honda Civic/Toyota Corolla/Nissan Sentra are good choices. Another good used car find is a Mitsubishi Lancer (often overlooked but very good indeed) and the Mazda 3. I would avoid the Saturn Ion, not that is is necessarily a bad car but the resale values are awful. The last generation Hyundai Sonota and Kia Optima are fantastic values.

Do you guys check the dates?

Heh heh, that's what I was thinking :chuckle:

Oh well...I sometimes like these "what car for $nnn threads, even though hardly any of the suggestions would appeal to me.

WhyteWizard- Looks like they've sold it, or at least a quick look didn't bring it to my attention. Man, they have/had a whole lotta wonderful time-capsule cars! My wallet started twitching something awful ;)

That car is still available. I just got around to polishing it and it really does look like a brand new car. It's not in their inventory, you'd have to go online to the cameras and take control and look around. While you're there, look at the copper colored 57 chevy I sanded and polished today. It's going to Barrett Jackson auction next weekend.
