Are the purple pads the "Purple Foam Wool" pads?

Let me know how they work. I've been wanting to get some wool pads. I just don't know where to start.

The foamed wool pads are a real time saver. While not as easy to control as non-foamed wool they're much easier to control than a foam cutting pad and come *close* to a LSP finish. In my eyes an additional step is required no matter the color. Nonetheless they're a necessary tool IMO.

That a nice order delivered. I'd like to know more on the foamed wool. I've got a wool pad but never tried it. Looks like its twisted.

They're shipped without the front nozzle attached...I have it sitting in the box actually :)

Indeed they are. I'll let ya know how they work tonight if need be. I have a BMW to detail this afternoon but I'm not sure the extent of the paint correction that's needed.

Haha, did'nt even notice! No seriously, you get your beer delivered?

Unfortunately no :( PA is a dry state so we have to go to a beer distributor and buy everything by the case...so sad I know...

Turning the PC into a carpet scrubber, eh?

For PT duty yep...I absolutely hate shampooing carpets and I'm just hoping that this little beauty helps cut the time involved.

 Dry state? Meaning that there are no bars or restaurants that serve liquor in PA? I might believe that you live in a dry town or a dry county, but I'm pretty sure that if PA were a dry STATE, that info would have trickled over to us in NJ by now...

It's not dry in the traditional sense they just refer to it as dry. I can't go to Giant Eagle or Meyers and purchase wine or beer. If I want beer I can either buy it at the bar or go to the beer distributor. Sorry for the confusion.

I don't know what Giant Eagle or Meyers are, but here in NJ, you can't buy liquor in a convenience store as I see in some states when I travel. We have at least one "dry" town here in NJ, which has liquor stores but there are no bars or restaurants that serve, but you can BYOB to the restaurant, at least I think you can.

Hmm...Odd. I'm still kinda getting accustomed to living here in PA even though I've been here for almost 2 years.

John, I bought the purple wolfgang wool pad. It's awesome. It runs a lot cooler than the Foam pads, and it's so much more easier to control with the rotary. There's a bunch of those low profile orange pad, must've been from buying SIP or 106ff :). Autogeek!
