I just finished the hood (only) on my wifes red Grand AM, More than 5 yrs of neglect. I used my pc and UPP, lots of scratches and swirls. It took me over two hours and at least 4 applications on some spots to reduce or remove most of the damage. Used pp as a follow up, although I must admit it looked pretty good after UPP. It's slow but it does work, patience is everything. Applied EO Nano-wax as an LSP. Looks as good as it can considering the chips and all. Raining and dark when I finished, garage lighting not very good. Will take some pictures of the finished hood when it clears. My only problem was getting the polish out of the tins, what a mess and waste. Can I ask what you all do about that?
