upp & meg qd?

i have layered upp 3 times. the first two was 24 hrs apart the the third one was a month apart. and ive been using meg qd and i want to do another coat of upp is it ok? what about bonding issues? sorry for the question rookie
 
I use Meguiars Final Detail as a QD all the time as well as UPP.
I think as long as you wash the car before applying more UPP, you will be fine.
I haven't had any problems using this combo ...
 
Actually, according to information I recieved from Meguiars ...
Quik Detailer does contain silicone as does Final Detail.
Final Inspection does not contain silicone.
 
Looks like there could be a diference of opinion on what QD's work with UPP.
As has been said, both #51 Final Detail in the tan bottle and Quik Detailer in the maroon bottle contain silicone. Because of that, I wouldn't use either one when I was planning to use more UPP in the near future. Again, as has been said, you would probably be OK since it would wash off pretty easily, but why take any chances?
For me, 4 Star UGE would be the QD I would use with UPP. Before I purchased the UGE, I did use Meg's #34 Final Inspection in the tan bottle (no silicone) with no apparent problems.
The UGE is one of the best looking QD's I have used and since it is compatible with UPP, it seemed like a logical choice. :dunno
