Which Meg's QD? It probably won't be an issue anyhow, though, just give it a good wash with stronger-than-normal wash solution. I've added more UPP (formerly Platinum) plenty of times, no problems at all. I like to refresh the UPP before it loses it's slickness. I'd do a light claying first, though.
