un-do DACP on *one* area?

OK, brain is on vacation and I'm not sure about this one:

I used DACP w/ yellow pad followed by SR2.0 w/ yellow pad on my black 4runner.

I used AIO on a white pad followed by a layer of SG by hand.

Now my question is, since I'm unhappy about the less-than-perfect quality of my hood, i'd like to go back and do just the hood w/ an orange pad (just ordered) but leave the rest of the car alone (since it's so large!)

How would I take off all the SG to get to a state where I could polish *just* the hood, and re-AIO/SG back to match the other 3 layers of the car?

Sorry...

Huh...so I wouldnt need to use anything to take off the sealant? Great!

I'll just DACP/SR2/AIO/SG the hood from scratch then. Thanks! :)

any polish will take off the SG, claying would do it too. Even though the clay is not neccessary to remove the SG it is still a good idea if you haven't done it yet, makes for a MUCH nicer finish!

I've read conflicting reports on whether or not clay removes LSPs. Some people say it does, some say it doesn't, and some say it does if you work it enough but doesn't otherwise.
