If i were to use a 6.5" pad on a 6" BP, wouldn't i need to change the counter weight to a 6" counter weight instead? The 5" is included with it right.

i wouldn't worry about changing the counter weight, just use the appropriate backing plate and pads as needed...

Looks like it doesn't come with any pads correct?

This will be my first buffer. Would this be a good choice? I was also looking at the Megs G110. via Amazon.com

Yes this would be a very good choice. Its the new 7424XP with a sticker.

I have the G110 and love it so its up to you...

Does anyone know what the 20% off code is? If I can get that I'll order right now, I don't really need this but it's a great deal.

It was an August promo that has expired.

Mine arrived Monday in great condition and packaging. Can't wait to try it out this weekend. Trying a LC CCS/OPT C2 & PS approach to start.

I own a makita and a dewalt rotary. Do I still need one of these? I've seen serious paint correction with this thing but is it faster? you know with the surbuf pads then using my rotary? Should I get one a pcxp?

At this price, why not?

I got this for finishing and not for heavy correction work. Although I can finish

well enough with a rotary (Dewalt, Makita, & Snap-On), this will make finishing

a bit faster. Especially on softer paints...
