Ordered upgp a few weeks ago. Happy with the product but, unhappy with the rest. The spray bottle is junk. Significant amount of product lost from the base of the bottle cap. Called customer service and was told a new spray bottle was on the way. After close to three weeks, still no replacement bottle. Now I see they have reduced the price for 12 oz by $25! I paid $75 for 12 oz and get a substandard spray bottle. Opti-seal is looking better and better. Come on Ultima.
 
I had an issue with Ultima on a cap and I got mine replaced very quickly. Lynn is awesome. Call her and and in my experience, she will make good on any reasonable request.
 
I don't really care for the sprayers on those 12 ounce bottles. I have the UPGP 4 ounce sizes and like those sprayers a lot better. My 12 ounce bottle of UTTGP is a real pain and before I use it again I'm transferring it into one of my small 4 ounce bottles with a fine mist sprayer.



I echo what everyone else has said about contacting Lynn Phillips for quick service.
 
Spoke with Lynn over two weeks ago. Never received replacement bottle. Opti-seal sprayer works great however.

Sorry that you didn't receive the replacement but if you don't tell me, I can't fix the issue, it could be as simple as a lost package. Please email or PM me so I can take care of this. I can't figure out who you all are by forum names and I don't monitor all of Autopia.org, only our forum category. Thank you BigJimZ28, for pointing me to this thread, it's hard to be in all places at one time although I try.

Sorry, I meant I never had a problem with the sprayer.
