UK PC alternative

I've just been flicking through one of my Kit car mags and notied that sealey currently have a special on a Random Orbital sander. It's usually 220 pounds, but is on special at the moment for 140.

Is this a viable PC alternative?

It only has one speed 6500rpm

The PC 7424 which is widely used has 6 speeds ranging from 2500 - 6000 RPM.

So you would be on Max speed all the time !!

These cheap Orbital Buffers £30 etc are mostly 2500 RPM so not powerful enough to remove marks etc. The one you are looking at would be too powerful.

Most people with a PC use speeds 2/3 for waxing/buffing, 4 for polishing and 5/6 for heavy scuffs/marks.

So with the one speed if really limits you.



Why not get the proper PC 7424 from Autopia.

For a Extra £50 you've got a proper PC thats tried and tested, with loadsa support from here and people know what ya talkin about and can relate to. Try and find a bad report o nthe PC, and you won't !! Thats how good it is !!
