Two New Product Lines at Target

I made a thread about VROOM a few days ago and didnt get much response. I thought it looked like a Target label as well, but it looked promising.

I didn't see it. If I would have I would have posted what I did here. Possible it just ended up off the first page before I could have sawedededed it. :(

just came back from target and i saw this new brand. It reminds me of the Method brand that target carries, but then again im not sure if Method is just a local product they carry in the bay area.

So wierd here, all over the county, Lowes carries the PC, but not here..... now Target carries Reflections everywhere and once again not here, its not like detail season is 3 weeks here ! :angry

I went to a local Super Target and picked up a couple of the Vroom washmitts and towels to try out. I also found an isle where they have al their Baja Sol stuff on clearance, so I picked up a couple of lambskin mitts and a 12 pack of their cotton towels. :up

You need not worry. I don't think anybody mentioned anything about Target carrying Reflections. Would be nice though. PepBoys doesn't exactly have the best prices around. They tend to be pricier than the other national autoparts chains.

I was in a Target Friday night which I've never been in before. When I was last in my most local Target, the detailing shelf was almost empty, like they were cleaning it out for...well, all the Vroom and Car Wares products that were in this one. As can be seen from the link to the Vroom site, they have a LOT of towels, sponges, etc. Also the Rubbermaid Car Wares....there were a LOT of different accesories...reminiscent of the new Meg's Gold Class accessory line; some seemed to have interchangeable heads, etc. I actually bought a tire brush and dressing applicator which had kind of a different shape and I figured they were worth a shot at $4.

The funny thing is that between these two lines, they had eclipsed almost all the other detailing products. There were NO NXT products except for a few cans of Insane Tire Shine. Unless this particular Target was an anomaly, looks like they have reduced the number of other products to make room for these new ones, as other people have suggested they were doing with previous clearance sales.

Funny you should mention the lack of NXT products at Target. Walmart stopped carrying it too. Maybe Meguiar's is trying to make NXT more exclusive.:nixweiss

I was in WalMart today and they had plenty of NXT products--must be one of those regional or store-to-store variations.

I picked up some terry towels from Target (Vroom)

I felt an immediate improvement over BajaSol ones. It's MUCH thicker and bigger in size. I didn't care about the size, the thickness won me over. Overall they're not bad products.

My Walmart (Watchung Square Walmart in Watchung, NJ) didn't have NXT at all but it did have the new formula Gold Class.

Two Wal-Marts, actually three but I haven't been to it yet, all within 30-35 mins of one another have a very different automotive selection. One has a half decent selection of Eurow mitts ( ;) ), brushes, NXT products, etc while the other struggles to come close to matching that. That one has a wider automotive fluid/oil selection though.

To my delight I did track down some NXT glass cleaner at a Target. I'lll have to try it when the time calls for it.

Weird. I just went to the next closest Walmart and they had all the NXT products, including NXT paste wax. The one closest to me has no NXT products whatsoever. Not even the tire shine or glass cleaner. No biggie. Not a big fan of NXT anyways.

I like Gold Class better anyways.:)
