Turtle Wax Platnium Soap

Well, noticed this at Costco for $9.99 for a gallon and a 1/4. I thought I'd try it out, because I was down to my last 20 ml of my Megs Soft Wash.

Anyone have any experience with this stuff? How are the suds, slickness?

I'm going to try it once I fix my waterline going to the garage. :xyxthumbs

I saw it a few weeks back and thought I'd give it a go. I've only used it a couple of times so far but first impressions are that it's very slick and there are plenty of suds to be had. As far as I'm concerned it's the same stuff as the cheaper Zymol shampoo, which, obvioulsy, is made by Turtle Wax.

Ben.

20 ml? :nixweiss

Why can' the rest of the world be like Americans? :usa

Just kidding ;)

Here in the States, Costco has Meguiars Gold class in the 1.25 gallon jugs for $9.99. Never saw the Turtle Wax.

If anything, it'll be fine for the wash for the start of a detail for a customer.

I'm afraid I'm too cheap to go out and buy something like Wolfgang soap, since I wash almost everyother day.

Hopefully this won't strip the AIO, since the cars going to be flawless come end of the next two weeks. :)

You mean go back to the stone age using measurements standards that are based on trivial stuff? ;) :p

Honestly, you get used to in, oz and similar, but the international system (metric based) is much easier, more logical and better laid out. From millimeters to kilometers you only change the exponential. Try the same from inches to miles..... :D

Back to topic, I will try it sometime. So far, the products that I have tried from this line have performed admirably (liquid wax, quick detailer, interior protectant)
