Turtle Wax Ice Soap

Just a quick review ...



I purchased a jug of Turtle Wax Ice at Wal-Mart because they were out of the Meguiar's NXT soap. I used it today for the first time to do a quickie wash on my car. I think it is on par with the NXT in terms of suds and slickness. I was really impressed, but the higher price tag would make me shy away from using this product on a regular basis. I guess if I run out of NXT in the future I will think of buying more.
 
FWIW, Costco has TW ICE Car Wash 64oz for about $8.



I just purchased TW Platinum Ultra Gloss Car Wash & Conditioner 64oz x 2 at Sam's Club for about $10. Label said it is ph balanced. It left my finish clean and bright. I don't know if I used too much, but the feel was not the same as PB SSS which I normally use.:nixweiss
 
It seems that TW ICE is competing with Meguiar's NXT line, but consistently pricing their comparable products a couple of dollars more.



The ICE soap is eight dollars for 64 oz. at my local Wal-Mart. NXT soap is six dollars. I just didn't see how the TW was worth two dollars more. It is a really nice soap, though.
