Turkey Day Detailing

Here its cold and very damp. I washed my car anyway. I pulled it in the garage, filled up 2 buckets with warm water , and mixed up one bucket with QEW. When I finished washing and drying I sprayed on some AW and wiped it down . It looked like new again if only for a few hours. It was really dirty.

Early Thanksgiving dinner today at my sister's house (so glad her husband did the cooking! ;) ) and her house is nearly 50 miles one way for me. No time to even wash it this morning and we actually have had snow and sleet on and off this afternoon in the Dallas area. Go figure, it was 80 on Tuesday.

+1 on the weather here in Dallas. It was kind of nice though to see a hint of the holiday weather for a change. I didn't even go hunting this year yet, because it's been so warm.

Yep i washed and then went to put on my new pinnacle souverin....and damn it looked awesome until 2 hours later and some rain came.

Woke up early to change the oil and clean up my Civic. Got a chance to use the Swirlbuster poilish and pad I bought almost a year ago. Put on some UPP and ran out of time to clean the wheels before dinner.

I'm down in Palmcoast Fla at my mom and dads .So I detailed my dads Mini van yesterday XMT360 topped with optiseal and My aunts little Daewoo today .Got it washed ,clayed and dried before It started raining. Pulled it into the garage and used some poliseal mixed with OP and topped with optiseal. Then in to fill the belly and pass out after !!!!!!!

I ate to much turkey. So I went into the garadge and put some Meg's #26 on the truck.

I also ordered some 106ff and sealant. This was my Dessert!:getdown

Plenty of time for an ONR wash in the garage while the turkey was on the Weber. It maybe got up to 35 here. Now the dishes are all washed, turkey bits all put away, fire going in the fireplace, and I'm getting hungry....

Changed the oil last night while it (the oil) was still warm.

HOLY beading batman!!!!!!!

My brother suckered me into cleaning up his van for him when I visited Cincy for the holidays. The promise of all I can eat Sushi was too much for me to say no to... So handled the inside of the family van and I tackled the outside which wasn't too bad, just foamed, gone over with #80, AIO and then all sealed up with a nice coat of EX-P. He was pleased and their Caravan is looking pristine like it did after I got it all dolled up after they got it from the auction in May.
