Turbo mystic Cobra, MACH1, NSX

RickRack, yep they are chrome Asantis--same owner as the black S500 in the other thread. :D

Scott, yep I assume that they are there and finish with the PC. I also have my employees chase me with the PC--I just started training my "captain" on the roatry last week. I still finish with po106ff via rotary from time to time, but it's rare.

Thanks guys!

Joe-thanks for the info. If I have full sun or lights to work in, I've been finishing out via rotary using Poli-Seal and a blue Soft Edge polishing pad (seems a touch soft compared to the Meguiars polishing pad) @ 1000-1200 rpm, but I think on cloudy days I will finish with the UDM to be on the safe side.

"This NSX was detailed by another detailer, not a bad job, but he left a few buffer trails in the paint.

A few buffer trails and you needed SIP and an orange pad? Is the acura clear on the nsx really that hard?

Via PC the SIP and an orange pad is not that strong, but the buffer trails were induced via a twisted wool cutting pad.. The clear is actually pretty soft. It did have other random marring, but not much. :nixweiss I just use what's needed.

Just was wondering since SIP and orange seems to have quite a good cut considering it is commonly used by people (to include myself) on rather hard clear coats. Not saying it doesn't look good, just curious.

VERY nice work on the NSX!! That paint is very finicky and must be treated properly to get results like you got. You Sir, are truly an expert with the PC!
