Trump 2016

Wonder how long till there is a surrender flag raised on the White House

For that to happen someone would have to be paying attention.
That's unlikely when O is telling the graduating Coast Guard academy class that the leading threat facing America and the world isn't Islamic terrorism, it's climate change.

You mean Oprah? I though she was always right???

Climate change is in fact an orders of magnitude greater threat than Islamic terrorism.

Your children maybe, your grand kids almost certainly, and your great grandchildren for sure are going to look back at this time and ask, "Why didn't they do anything." Not just something.

That guy who used to do the "Connections" show for BBC did a show about this like 20 years ago, called "After the Warming" where he's a teacher in 2080 or something explaining to little school kids how in the late 20th century what happened when we did nothing about it when we could have, and that's why they live in the world they do today (2080).

Ok, it was 2050--https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RfE8wBReIxw

Deliberately misunderstanding what someone says is dishonest. President Obama was referring to the infrastructure all private enterprise rests on. You may have built your business but you didn't build the infrastructure that makes your business possible.

The rich don't get rich by themselves. Highways, roads, bridges, electricity, water, and labor are all required. Things they alone cannot provide. Success is not built in a vacuum.

We already know that many (politicians in particular) never let the facts stand in the way of a good story. Donald, like all politicians, is a salesman and then you have the party loyal repeating everything as if it were true just to stir the pot. You build yourself up by tearing others down.

The fact that many Republicans still believe Obama is a Muslim or not a native born show how people can be brainwashed. McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone!

These are self serving comments at best. People pay for the stuff listed above. Examples :

To build a 30,000 SqFt building in New York City the permit fee alone, (just permit not including all fees as the come up {inspection, filing for specific items etc}) $10303.34

George Washington Bridge crossing for 18 wheel truck = $96.00 (w ez pass) 114.00 cash (hmmm, so the labor for the toll collector)

Fuel federal excise tax on gasoline is 18.4 cents per gallon and 24.4 cents per gallon for diesel fuel (which is supposed to go to road building/maintenance) On average, as of April 2015, state and local taxes add 30.5 cents to gasoline and 29.7 cents to diesel, for a total US average fuel tax of 48.9 cents per gallon for gas and 54.1 cents per gallon for diesel

Electricity = paid as used (btw most electric suppliers are private corps)

Water = Paid as used (as well as sewer)

Labor = Paid as used (people don't work for free)

Infrastructure = laterals including pavement, electric, water/sewer/gas supply = paid as made (upkeep and improvements are paid in fees as you go or added tax)

Lets not forget property tax and any other fee/tax the city can figure out

In the case of larger development where street or street enlargement/improvement is needed, the developer builds the street and the under street stuff like electric lines/gas lines/water/sewer) to spec and then dedicates the street to the city/state. Maintenance of that is paid by added value property taxes.

So Obamas comment while letter correct, in fact it is not the case since it is paid for by the business owner in one form or another. So it was a divisive self serving comment.
