Tried to Clean up the Daily Ride

Well, I tried a little paint correction and a good detail on my daily drive, but wasn't too successful with the pain correction. Just using some of the shelf stuff I had on hand. Ordered some Wolfgang stuff earlier this week, so when it comes in I will give it another wack. Althoug I was able to get a ton of contamination out of the paint with some clay bar action.

Tell me about it I worked on it for 8 hours last night and another 6 hours today, and I still don't have it where I want it. After looking at the work you guys do, I have decided my truck looks like crap. I am hopeing to have it painted this summer. I have a friend that is a custom painter, so we are going to work up something sick...

Maybe you step it up some and use Megs 105/205 or menz sip/106 Can't go wrong with either of them.And after this past weekend attending the Megs school the 105/205 combo was a real eye catcher

:cool::dcrules If you want a truly awesome design(custom paint) checkout YNOT he is a member and has a truly artistic style. Tha truck looks very nice already but if you have spare funds a custom paint job would truly make it 1 of a kind.:cool::dcrules

LOOKS good for a FORD:mad: At least it does not have to have a bow- tie on it to dress it up :rofl . Just the Blue oval on a Ford is all it takes.:lol2:

But i had rather walk than ride in a chevy. :yay
 
I spent about 3 hours Monday washing my F250.We went out to the family farm Sunday fishing and I found the only muddy part of the farm to sink it.We were able to back out and go around,but the mud slinging was unreal.
That truck looks familiar do you frequent Power stoke . org ?

Don't give up so easily. This stuff takes a while, but the results are very much worth it. Keep at it and you will be amazed at the results that you can achieve. I may have missed it, but was this by hand or are you using a machine?

That truck looks like it means business. Nice! :bigups
 
Which products did you use on the Ford? Was it by machine or hand? You should be able to correct it with Menzerna 203 then 85RD, then top it with your favorite LSP. It should look awesome after that. It's really is a nice looking truck you got there

Just a cheapy orbital and some mothers 3 step stuff. Just a fancy wax job in my opinion. I purchased a PC this week and a bunch of different products from Poorboys, Wolfgang and M105/205 combo. I am going to attack it with them next weekend.

Sounds like a good plan. You will be MUCH happier with those results.
