i found this on amazon, for $17.00 and change. i put it on my car 2 days ago and i've had nothing but compliments on how blingy, if that's a word,it looks. i must say it really does have a lot of gloss, i would recommend it for the price. i can honestly say it's the glossiest product i've used. that's not to say the others, and i've tried many, are'nt good but this stuff is easy on easy off and the next day as it cures gets better. for my gf to say " what did you do different to your car" it really does do what it says.

pinnacle

bfwd

sc nano sealer

fk1000

ck cmw

p21

s100

midnight sun

banana gloss

dj purple haze

megs mirror glaze

fk pink wax

ultima paint protection

just to name a few.

that's a tough one, they're all good one way or another. as far as sealants, i can't pick just one, fk1000, aghd, sanctioned sig wax, bfwd.as far as waxes go, pinnacle sov. ckmw, ocw, vics concourse. like i said they're so many that are really good it's hard to pick just one. i like to try different ones time to time and sometimes you stumble on one that's not alot of money but works well. this wax/sealant is just that, very reflective and glossy and gets better as it cures.

No, I've been wanting to, but I have a bunch of stuff I need to try before I buy more stuff :D I'd love to do a Z2/Z8 vs NitroSeal test!

Why not sell those items and do the z2/z8 vs NITRO SEAL? :D

I know the winner already, there is just no comparison between those 2. Lucky for 3D :D:D:D

My new winner for price vs look is 3M Show Car Paste Wax.

I read a few posts about how wet it looks so I tried it. I did half of my car in Victoria Red Concours and half in the 3M. The 3M looks darker and wetter and the Victoria Red pops the flake a little more.

It's honestly hard to say which look I prefer, but the 3M is darn impressive for the price. Of course, these are both on top of my Opti-Coat.

I'm waiting for my Wet Glaze 2.0 to come in and layer that with the 3M!

I'm surprised you feel that way. I didn't think it was particularly difficult to work with.

It sure wasn't as buttery smooth going on as the Vic's Red, but it wasn't terrible using a foam applicator.

I have not yet used anything on top of Opti-coat. I love the way nothing sticks to it and I hear wax won't last more than a couple of weeks for the same reason. Is this not so?

Jermar, that's accurate. I usually just use a detail spray as a drying aide and that leaves a "just waxed" look to the paint. I also sometimes add a cap full of Optimum Car Wax to the bucket when doing my ONR wash to add a waxed look.

I wanted to try the 3M compared to the Vic's Red even though I knew both would wash off as soon as we get a rain. I get the itch to wax something even when it's not necessary from time to time. lol
