tried out the M205

Decided it was time to put the PC to use and clean up the paint rather than just try to cover up the problems. So I picked up some of the M105/M205 sample bottles. Used the M105 only on the really bad areas by hand and then did the whole car with the M205 then Image10 Surface Cleanser and topped it with Image10 Finish Cream (3 coats).

It still has some defects and scratches but I didn't want to take off too much paint. The M105 made quick work of the scratch marks under and around the door handles.

My other pictures came out grainy so I need to work on the camera settings and get some more shots. Most of the straight on shots came out blurry so for now it is mostly the extreme angle shots that always look good :)

But for 7+ year old economy car yellow paint it shines up pretty good.

very nice...what pads did you use? i used the recommended meguiar's 7" 2.0 soft buff black pads but it actually overheated the pc. normally use 4" pads to polish with a pc...

5.5" white pad. I need to pick up some more sometime though as I could tell as the pads gunked up they didn't cut as well.
