You should do a review with pics of your results with various pads, rotary and DA usage, I would but honestly I am too lazy and would rather not waste the time doing that on my customers cars because without fooling around I already work on them for 14 hours lol.

LOL

I've only used a rotary once so I wouldn't tell much difference yet. Still need to learn the rotary.

I use all 3.

Scott, I don't know what kind of rotary you have, but if you dont have a makita 9227 get one it is absolutely fantastic.

On a side note, I tried the 105 out on glass yesterday, I found it to be easier to remove without oily streaks than the polishes I usually use for glass (not to take scratches out, just to get it extremely clean and shiny). In fact, I didn't even follow it up with a regular spray glass cleaner.

I am borrowing and am going to buy William H. Bonney's (Ryan) Porter Cable 7428. I will be looking at a new rotary towards the end of spring and keep the 7428 as a back-up. Definitely will consider the Makita. :)

Don't just consider it, buy it! :) You WILL love it. It's such a treat to use that you'll have dreams about it, and keep it under your pillow!
