TRC’s GLASS WHOOPIN` Towel - Review

Thanks for the review. I have had these in my amazon shopping cart for a while but havent pulled the trigger.
I currently use the waffle weaves and the TRC premium glass towels (blue) and TRC standard glass towels (Green). I like the premiums but not a huge fan of the standard towels for the exterior glass.

These seem like a even better version of the premium towels. Ill probably pull the trigger to give them a try now.

Cool! I always forget Amazon sells TRC stuff too. ;)

I bought some TRC glass towels before they had a standard and a premium (at that time they only had one kind). After puzzling over it for a long time trying to figure out if the ones I have were the standard or premium or something in-between (they are blue), I decided they were the premium, so I decided I didn`t need to try either of the others.

Anyway, I hate these towels. I`m never really happy no matter what towel I used on glass, but after I tried the TRC ones I have, I never wanted to use them again. I was kind of amused that the video they had for cleaning glass (at least at the time I was looking into this) showed them using the glass towel and then following up with a waffle weave...so even they don`t like them, I guess. Seems if you have to use the waffle weave to dry after...why not just use that? That`s the thing I didn`t like about them, they didn`t absorb.

So Angus...is this one really different/better than the premium glass towel they were already selling? Because if it`s not I`ll definitely pass.

Sorry, Setec - I can`t answer your question since I`ve never used TRC premium glass towel. Perhaps someone else who has used both towels can?
