Trade Secret Black El Camino!!!

gotta love black! that SHOULD be your next color as you'll drive 99 out of 100 'black car owners' crazy when they see yours. I find with black is that w/out the proper care it looks terrible. And its ironic the one color that looks the best (opinion!) usually looks the worst.

I love that El Camino...that is a 'retro' car if i ever seen one. ROCK ON DUDE!!
 
BEEEutiful! I won't dare show those pics to my wife, she loves El Caminos and is very good at throwing hints around!
 
my dad says that his el camino is special because the console shifter is on the floor, as a pose to on the steering wheel. thats also why he wanted to restore the el camino so badly :)
 
Fantastic job. Black and TS belong together. Nice paint job, I see practically no orange peel...was this finish wet-sanded?

Awesome job zesty. You've given me some good ideas on what products to use on black . I have a 99 S500 MB to do tomorrow and the guy says it has scratches on the trunk. but I'm pretty sure there's swirls all over . I'll start with some ssr2.5 w/ yellow since I'm using a poter cable . got to take some pics no doubt.
